When it comes to dimensions, Arken Optics provides recommendations for the appropriate ring height based on the firearm platform. For Remington 700 footprints, low rings (0.92") are recommended, while for Ruger RPR, medium rings (1.26") are suggested. For the Ruger American, Savage 110, Tikka, and Sako platforms, low rings (0.92") are recommended. For the AR platform, an ARP Rigid Mount (1.50") or medium rings (1.26") are suggested.

For the new EP5 with a 56mm objective, Arken Optics recommends medium rings (1.26") for Remington 700 and clones with bull barrels and 20 MOA rails. This recommendation applies to most platforms, except for those with AR-style shrouds, where a scope ring height calculator should be used.

Arken Optics Halo Series billet precision scope rings are CNC-machined from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring zero tolerances for errors in any conditions. These rings are machined in pairs for ultimate accuracy and consistency. Torx-style socket screws, along with enhanced recoil lugs, result in amazing stability and secure mounting. Available in 30mm or 34mm diameter, Halo scope rings are serialized, vibratory tumbled, hand-bead blasted, and finished with a Type III hard coat anodize for added protection against scratches and blemishing. These rings are compatible with Picatinny spec mounts and do not work with Weaver mounts.
